RaiseReady is an educational business-planning and funding-readiness tool. It is not a financial service, investment advisor, loan broker, fundraising platform, or securities platform.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies only to RaiseReady (the "Service"), operated by E Stream Media Empire ("we", "our", "us"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. RaiseReady is available as a web application (raiseready.net) and an iOS application. This policy does not cover any other product operated by E Stream Media Empire.

2. Information We Collect

RaiseReady uses cloud storage. We collect and store the following on our servers:

• Account data: email address, display name, optional avatar, language preference, country/region, and registration source (web/iOS).
• Business profile data you enter: company name, optional registration number, industry, founded year, employee range, revenue range, self-reported financial overview (revenue trend, profitability, cash flow, debt situation), funding goals, timeline, and obstacles.
• Activity data: milestones, AI conversation history (per company profile), reports you generate, and documents you upload (PRO/MAX tiers).
• Usage and technical data: anonymous feature analytics, device/app version, and, where applicable, IP address and user agent recorded for security and compliance consent logging.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Stripe on web, Apple StoreKit on iOS). We do not store full card numbers; we store subscription status and provider transaction identifiers only.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, location data, health data, or your external financial-account credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service (generate milestones, AI planning guidance, reports).
• To manage your account, subscription, and tier permissions.
• To send service and milestone notifications (you can disable these).
• To improve the Service through anonymous analytics.
• To meet legal, security, and compliance obligations (including recording your acceptance of disclaimers with a timestamp).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. AI Processing

AI features are powered by Claude (Anthropic) as the primary model and OpenAI as a fallback. The iOS app may use on-device Apple Intelligence when your device supports it. Content you send to the AI is processed to generate responses and is not used by us or these providers to train their models. AI output is for educational planning purposes only and is not professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service, under data-processing agreements:

• Supabase — database and storage (hosted in Singapore).
• Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — AI processing.
• Stripe — web payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Apple — iOS in-app purchases and (where enabled) on-device AI.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in the Singapore region (Supabase). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted by row-level security so that you can only access your own data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You may export all your data (JSON/PDF) and delete your account at any time from within the Service. After you request deletion, data is recoverable for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Uploaded documents are deleted when your account is deleted.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact admin@estreamedia.my. We comply with Malaysia's PDPA, the EU GDPR (for EU users), and Indonesia's PDP Law where applicable.

9. Children

RaiseReady is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• 活动数据: 里程碑、AI 对话记录(按公司资料保存)、您生成的报告,以及您上传的文件(PRO/MAX 套餐)。
• 使用与技术数据: 匿名功能分析、设备/应用版本,以及在适用情形下为安全与合规同意记录而保存的 IP 地址与浏览器/设备标识。
• 支付数据: 由支付服务商处理(网页端为 Stripe,iOS 端为 Apple StoreKit)。我们不存储完整卡号,仅存储订阅状态与服务商交易标识。

我们不会有意收集敏感个人数据、位置数据、健康数据或您的外部金融账户凭证。

3. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供并运营本服务(生成里程碑、AI 规划指引、报告)。
• 管理您的账户、订阅与套餐权限。
• 发送服务与里程碑通知(您可关闭)。
• 通过匿名分析改进服务。
• 履行法律、安全与合规义务(包括以时间戳记录您对免责声明的接受)。

我们不会出售您的个人数据,不会使用您的内容训练 AI 模型。

4. AI 处理说明

AI 功能主要由 Claude(Anthropic)提供,OpenAI 作为备用。iOS 应用在设备支持时可使用本机 Apple Intelligence。您发送给 AI 的内容仅用于生成回复,我们及上述服务商不会用其训练模型。AI 输出仅供教育性规划用途,不构成专业的财务、法律或投资建议。

我们仅与运营本服务所必需的服务商共享数据,并签署数据处理协议:

您可随时在本服务内导出全部数据(JSON/PDF)并删除账户。提出删除请求后,数据可在 30 天内恢复,之后永久删除。删除账户时,已上传文件一并删除。

8. 您的权利

依据您所在司法辖区,您可能有权访问、更正、导出、限制或删除个人数据,并撤回同意。如需行使,请联系 admin@estreamedia.my。我们在适用范围内遵守马来西亚 PDPA、欧盟 GDPR(适用于欧盟用户)及印度尼西亚 PDP 法。

9. 未成年人

RaiseReady 面向企业经营者,不针对 16 岁以下未成年人。我们不会有意收集未成年人数据。

10. 政策变更

我们可能更新本政策。重大变更将通过应用内或电子邮件通知,并更新上方生效日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
