Privacy information for StitchProof, a local-first quality record and handoff report app for sewing, embroidery, and needlework projects.

This Privacy Policy applies to StitchProof ("StitchProof", "the app"). StitchProof helps users keep local project records, materials and process notes, inspection checklists, defect and rework notes, photo evidence, completion snapshots, PDF handoff reports, and JSON backups.

Local-first records

StitchProof is designed around records stored on your device. The app does not require an account, developer-operated cloud sync, or a developer server database for your project records.

Information you choose to enter

You may enter project names, client or recipient details, materials, thread or fabric choices, process stages, checklist results, defect and corrective-action notes, captions, photos, completion statements, and related project notes.

Photos, exports, and backups

Photos are added only when you choose to add them. PDF handoff reports, share sheets, and JSON backups are created only when you choose to export, share, or back up records. You control where exported files are saved or sent.

No advertising, tracking, or developer analytics

The current app does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, location tracking, account sign-in, or developer-operated telemetry for StitchProof records.

Purchases and Restore Purchases

Optional Pro access, subscriptions, lifetime access, and Restore Purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit where available. E Stream Media Empire does not receive full payment card details from Apple purchase flows.

No certification or safety guarantee

StitchProof records user-entered evidence. It is not a third-party certification system, industrial compliance tool, safety inspection authority, or guarantee that a project is safe, compliant, or defect-free.
