1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any products or services provided by E Stream Media Empire ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Products and Services
We provide: PayWise AI Budget Planner (iOS), WarrantyProof: Receipts (iOS), SmartBiz Advisor X (Web SaaS), and RaiseReady (Web + iOS). Each product may have additional product-specific terms.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Web-based products (SmartBiz Advisor X, RaiseReady) may require paid subscriptions. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting admin@estreamedia.my.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our products are owned by E Stream Media Empire and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer
RaiseReady is an educational planning tool and does not constitute financial advice. SmartBiz Advisor X is a sales intelligence tool and does not constitute legal or investment advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E Stream Media Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
